The Potential Application of Blockchain and Control Tower in Domestic Forwarding Business in Indonesia

On the global rapid movement, forwarding business face challenges both from financial and operational aspects within all parties. Advanced growth of information technology through blockchain control tower model can be a solution which tailored by logistics services provider. The purpose this study is to analyze relevant variables that are critical access potential adoption scheme for activities. Technology Acceptance Model with Partial Least Square used come supply chain issues, technologies readiness, cost technologies, character stakeholder, user, perceived ease use, usefulness will influence intention use scheme. Population size coming 93 respondents professional in Indonesia convenience sampling method technique. Based on 8 hypotheses developed, result explained there 4 acceptances rejections hypotheses. conclusion explains Supply Chain Issue have positive impact Perceived Usefulness, Characters Stakeholders User Ease Use, Cost Technologies Intention Use Blockchain Control Tower.
